Sad sale of my beautiful 16hh safe mare, Clover

This is a SUPER sad decision that breaks my heart!

My beautiful girl, Clover, due to change in circumstances or she’d be staying with me forever is now looking for her new forever home!

Clover is safe and sound in ALL ways under saddle. She does need a fairly confident rider out hacking as she gets her confidence from her rider.

I have had Clover for 6 years now and it breaks my heart to see her go. She isn’t the most loving horse so if you’re looking for a horse to give cuddles to and kisses to, she’s not really your girl! She secretly grows to love you and will occasionally want attention from you (very secretly) but she’s NEVER nasty if you do smother her in kisses like I do.

If you’re looking for a SAINT under saddle then she’s your girl. She may be 16 but she still has the heart and mind of a 10 year old. She’s been there, done it and got the t-shirt!

She’s easy to keep in every way! Can live in or out and doesn’t fuss when others come in around her. I’ve personally never turned her out in a herd - she’s always been in her own field - she can be dominant and will tell others she’s in charge but as I have said previously, she is not nasty in any way shape or form.

I do believe first to view will want :(

Perfect mother/daughter share as she’s so safe. Will be okay for confident novices but can step up for the right rider too. When Clover came to me from Ireland, I was still ‘learning to ride properly’ and Clover was so sweet and helped me and was patient with me, even when I got it wrong.

She’s perfect for farrier, dentist, chiropractor and she’s good to clip however can be quite sharp when clipping her legs. She’s just a dream who I will miss very much!

Will come with full wardrobe - saddle, bridle and couple of rugs

Super sad decision so 5* home wanted and no time wasters!!
