Description

CURIOUS GEORGE is a handsome approx.10.2hh, 12mth old shiny, dark bay Dartmoor Pony.

Yearling colt with nice confirmation & lovely movements estimated to make 11.2-12hh.

Pretty face, soft dark eyes, mega-soft coat & thick mane & tail.

For someone kind & confident with a bit of experience to bring him on.

Someone who will enjoy taking him out to the each, shows etc.

Daily teaching him & introducing him to new things.

To make a stunning in-hand show pony.

Future children's pony - lead rein, Pony Club & First Ridden project.

Being dark bay & naturally shiny means easy to get ready for shows.

Hardy too & can normally live in or out with due care & shelter.

Microchipped & Passported

Wormed (best wormers used).

Up to date with 1st & 2nd Flue & Tetanus vaccinations.

Feet trimmed every 6wks.

Been good for vet & farrier.

Went through usual isolation/observation period on arrival.

Was thin & needed basics done but otherwise fit & healthy.

Not seen any sign of sickness, lameness, laminitis or sweet itch.

Not seen any asthma, injuries, Cushing's nor lumps or bumps etc.

Seems as genuine as they come.

Not a rig - both testicles have descended (confirmed by vet).

Makes gelding easier & cheaper when the time comes.

Can advise further when viewing.

Still young but taming & training ongoing & coming on well.

Can be tied up & have all four feet picked, brushed, rugged up etc.

Just needs more practise.

Not been given treats & no signs of abuse.

Will take time & effort but you can get a lovely bond.

Saves spending thousands on unknown pony that might have been spoiled, taught/ridden badly or have undisclosed bad habits/health problems/injuries or been drugged up.

The re-homing fee is £900 as seen.

Like with the RSPCA full ownership transferred.

Passport signed receipt given.

Open to viewing & vetting & honest advise given as not for profit.

Cost price delivery available same or next day.

Happy to give quote if post code provided.
