Handsome liver chestnut with 4 white socks. Peanut is a 16 year old, 11.3hh, Section-C gelding, and unlike any other pony you will find on the market. He has lovely movement and paces that you don’t often see in ponies his size.

An extraordinary amount of time and care has been invested into Peanut’s training. He has been trained by founder of Think Like a Pony Lynn Henry at the flagship Centre in Leeds. Peanut’s extensive training and work has followed natural horsemanship methods combined with riding that is focussed on helping a pony to develop their balance, posture and lightness. Lynn says: “Peanut is a thoughtful pony, and his sensitive nature makes him an ideal pony for a child to form a strong relationship with. He is willing and thoughtful, and is very clear in his communication making him light to manoeuvre and work with. Peanut has been with Think Like a Pony for almost 7 years and has enjoyed his time working in both the mainstream riding school and youth development programmes. It is now time for Peanut to leave the riding school and find his forever home.”

Peanut is comfortable being ridden both in the arena and in open spaces. He moves beautifully in walk, trot and canter and can pop a small jump with ease, as well as tackle a variety of obstacles.

Peanut is well bred, his registered name is Swalesmoor Attitude and he has a Welsh Pony & Cob Society passport with his full breeding listed. He is barefoot and up to date with trimming, vaccinations, worming and dentistry. He has also been regularly checked by both a chiropractor and saddle fitter.

He has a full set of fitted tack and rugs that are available to come with him.
