Don’t Fret - German Sports pony.

Fret is an absolute delight to have around the yard, he is good to do in all ways including loading, travelling, bathing, catching, mounting etc. He does not kick or bite and has excellent ground manners.

Fret is bred for dressage and oozes presence in his flat work. He is a lovely push button ride, off the leg with uphill movements but snaffle mouthed with great feel and brakes. He naturally works in a contact and has potential to be produced to a high level. He has elastic paces which cover the ground well and an excellent track up.

Fret hacks alone and in company, he has hacked over the New Forest so is happy to hack past livestock, wild ponies and good in open spaces. Fret has not had much experience with roadwork, but has been passed by vehicles on quiet lanes without issue so I’m confident this wouldn’t be a problem.

Fret will happily pop a fence, he has seen fillers and plank fences without issue and is honest in his approach. This could definitely be progressed with should the new owner wish as it seems to be something he really enjoys.

Fret comes with a clean 5 stage vetting certificate - although your own checks are more than welcome - he has been owned by a vet and is up to date on absolutely everything. Unfortunately she purchased him as already working at an advanced level on the flat which is unfortunately not the case and she is already competing PSG so wants something already at a progressable level.

Absolute steal of a price for a horse of this quality.

Relatively low mileage for his age so plenty of years left in him. Full history known.
