Ex NH thoroughbred gelding

For your consideration my beautiful ex NH thoroughbred gelding. Just shy of 17hh very stocky type, stunning dapple grey. Hero is a really lovely chap, a bit of a character, beautiful ground manners and stable manners, perfect to tack up, groom, dentists, physio and farriers vets he's always behaved impeccably. He's is bang upto date with vaccinations, dentists, farriers and physio. I've had Hero just short of a year and in that time he has been restarted him very slowly as I wanted to give him time to grow. In that time we've really bonded and he follows me round like a puppy dog, he lives comfortable with mares and gelding, stabled at nights good to catch, comes to call. He's on a busy yard lots of kids, dogs, tractors etc and he's fine with all of the above.

Hero is a fabulous blank canvas for someone to bring on and put there very own touch on. Hero would suit a home that can further his education. He is still young and can be sensitive. Hero has proven to thrive of his work. We have had him out hacking in company which he loves. On his own he will look for reassure from his rider and can be reactive. He has been worked from the ground in the school for the past 6 months and is now taking a rider well and proving to be a quick learner. But this is all still very new to him so still very green but is showing to improve everytime he is schooled through his paces. Hero is only available as I need a smaller horse for my children as they want to progress off ponies. Although he can be a dope on the rope he is an ex Racehorse and needs an experienced home to reach his full potential.
