For the time I have owned her I have mainly used her for jumping which she loves. I usually compete her in the 90/95cm in which she is most comfortable with, have done 105 as a single jump but wouldn't push her higher that that. She has never put a stop in no matter the look of the jump and is very competitive in the jump offs. She has taught me so much and been very patient even when I was getting the wrong strides. Never tried proper cross country but jumps whatever I put her at hacking.
Betty isn’t a novice ride, she needs someone with confidence and an understanding for the horse, if you work with her she is amazing but she’s not one to be yanked around. She can be marish and fresh at times but that usually means she’s bored or telling you something. I had a novice rider on her for months as a part loan and Betty was amazing with her as she understood and got on with her. So it’s really down to the rider and If you 2 get on.
Doesn't hack alone, only in company.
The price is negotiable as I’m looking for the best home as a priority
