Standing at 13hh
Been lightly backed and turned away for 5 months
Slowly being brought back into work
Very green and can be slightly nervous so would benefit from an experienced home
He's good with farrier and vets. Good to travel
Super safe pony has been around pigs, cattle, sheep, tractors and other farm machinery. Good with cyclists, public, dogs and amazing with kids, will stand to be brushed all day, and very quiet for beginner kids to ride on lead rein! He is snaffle mouthed. Hasn't done much road work but can't imagine he would be too problematic. Never had any issues with Derek, never nasty, has never kicked/ bitten/ reared or bucked, he is a lovely friendly little pony who with a bit of time and training would make a lovely first/ second kids pony. Currently living out 24/7, never had any problems with weight control. He’ll happily live out in a mixed herd of mares and geldings!
Very sad sale but lack of time and money forces sale.
