16.3 Scopey ShowJumping/Hunting Mare

Miss Nancie is a 16.3, 10 year old Full Irish Draught with a full breeding record. Nancie an exceptional jumper and a pleasure to deal with on the ground.

Nancie was a hunter in Ireland until 8 years old when she came to England and was bought by myself. Since that time Nancie has competed in unaffiliated and affiliated showjumping however has scope to go much higher than what I have competed. Nancie will save you on a stride and pop a trot stride in or take a long one and is very careful over jumps. Nancie has taken me from jumping 90cm to 1.10cm. Nancie proved she is very bold and has been XC training and SJ training, never stopping at a jump despite fillers etc.

Nancie also has great potential with dressage and is soft on the bridle with auto changes however this is not what I, nor Nancie enjoy the most so would need more schooling to compete at a higher level. I would like Nancie to go to a SJ, hunting or eventing home due to her love for jumping. Nancie lacks confidence hacking alone but hacks out in company at the front, back or middle and is excellent in traffic and open spaces.

Nancie is always snaffle mouthed, however can be forward and sharp and therefore is NOT a novice ride. Nancie is a competition horse and would be best suited to a competition home, no novices please!

Nancie loads, travels, clips like a dream and is extremely polite on the ground. Nancie can be grumpy around her food (no more than an angry face pull) but is not typically marish and has been turned out with geldings, mares etc. Nancie has also been turned out alone with no bother.
