16.1HH Thoroughbred gelding 9 years ****SOLD TO FIRST TO VIEW****

Leo is a chunky, bay TB gelding who stands a fraction under 16.1HH.

He raced once at 4 so is ROR qualified.

He is well put together with clean legs & very good feet.

Sound with no known health issues.

Leo has been in a 2 horse private yard for over a year & has been regularly hacked out by his 69 year old owner (me!) - mainly in company but also on his own.

He is happy to be left behind on his own.

Leo is shod with fronts only, ridden in a loose ring snaffle & is very good in all types of traffic.

He is generally straightforward to ride but does have the odd spooky day & occasionally puts in a buck going into canter.

This doesn't happen if he gets plenty of work.

Leo is up to date with teeth, worming, feet & vaccinations.

He is good to catch & shoe & will stand like a statue to be groomed, tacked up & mounted.

He will load & travel in a box or a trailer & will live in or out.

He weaves occasionally without a grid.

Leo is for sale due to an increasing lack of time due to family commitments & I'm struggling to keep both my horses in work.

He has the potential to do any job & deserves the opportunity to do more.

Viewing is welcome 5 minutes from Junction 37 of the A1 M near Doncaster.
